For the foodies, Backsberg Restaurant will be centering its weekly Sunday lamb spit around items harvested from the winery’s grounds as well as offering pre-booked picnics and reserved picnic spots in the garden.
Add a cherry on top of your Garden Day experience by sampling some fruity, florally wines from Backsberg’s Tasting Room, which is open from 10h00.
