Our restaurant has carefully pieced together a delectable yuletide menu; from hearty roasted meats to traditional desserts. From the littlest members of the family, each individual will be spoilt for choice. With options like homemade breads, pâtés, basil pesto and hummus to start and lamb on the spit with gravy, mint sauce and cranberry jelly, glazed gammon, roast chicken, smoked salmon terrine, bacon and rosemary quiches, mini chicken and beef pies and bacon diablos for mains, you won’t leave disappointed. Of course there is also a scrumptious selection of side dishes as well as the customary trifle along with several additional desserts.
Lunch will be served from 12h00, but for those who want to start the festivities a little earlier with a wine tasting, the Backsberg tasting room will be open from 10h00.
