The make-up of this flagship white blend is guided by which vineyards have performed better in the vintage. 2009 saw a blend of Chardonnay, Roussanne and Viognier 5% come together to create a wonderful medley of apricot, peach and aniseed aromas, combined with vanilla and a creamy aftertaste.
