To produce fruit that leads to an organic wine certification, extreme care is taken in the vineyard. Full organic status is only achieved after 3 years. To enhance the vines' and pests, no potentially harmful chemicals or fertilizers may be used in the vineyard. Potpouri, spice and blackberry fruit. This wine has all the goodness of the earth.

This wine should be enjoyed with salads, fish or chicken dishes. Serve fairly chilled.
