Situated in the estate’s atmospheric Historic Vat Cellar, Brandy & Blues at Backsberg is an experience unlike any other. Guests can expect to enjoy live entertainment by some of South Africa’s most formidable blues artists, a glass of Sydney Back Brandy or glühwein on arrival, and a two course meal consisting of slow-roasted lamb shank, decadent Sydney Back Brandy pudding and a glass of either red or white wine to enjoy during the course of the meal​. Backsberg’s award-winning wines will be available for sale ​by the glass and bottle ​thereafter​
