Ripe mulberry and sweet strawberry with a touch of herbs. A juicy mouth-feel with supple, 'sweet' tannins. Easy drinking now.

The sweet, fruity style makes it lovely on its own as well as an ideal accompaniment to a variety of lamb dishes.

In The Cellar:   

Coldsoaked and then fermented on the skins for six days, while gently extracting colour with two pumpovers per day. 50% of the wine is wooded.
